1. LICENSED SOFTWARE
If Customer uses any of the licensed products like Oracle, SQL Server, then customer needs to purchase the license from the authorized vendors. This quote does not contains licensing cost of any third party tools.
2. DATA MIGRATION:
Data Migration cost from existing system is separate from the quoted amount, Data Migration Cost can be calculated after detailed study of existing Systems.Data Migration will costs extra(all datas to be provided in prescribed excel format by the client)
3. PAYMENT TERMS:
As discussed with Customer
4. WARRANTY
One Year of Service Warranty in case of any inbuilt issues with the Solutions
5. WC (WORK COMPLETION)
Customer need to be WC on successful completion of work.
6. VALIDITY
Any quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
7. ADDITIONAL WORK
Additional work will be charged extra
8. DATA BACKUP:
Customer needs to ensure Data is backed up regularly, so that it can be restored in case of any emergency.
9.THIRD PARTY CHARGES:-
Following Charges are not included in this Proposal:-
1. Hosting Charge of Google, Apple or Domain
2. Charges for SEO Optimization Tools.
3. Charges for Push Notifications
4. Charges for SMS
5. Any other Third Party Charges
6. DLT Registration 10.DELIVERY
11. NATURAL DISASTER:
We are not be in a position to provide technical services to the customer under conditions of Force Majeure, such as earthquake, fire, flood, explosion, strike, civil commotion, government restriction or any other circumstances of whatever nature beyond the control of the Indian Technology Company.
12. MISBEHAVIOR
Under no condition we will tolerate in kind of misbehaviour or harassment to the technical associates or partners by Client or vice versa.
13. TAXES
All the Taxes will be as per Government Norms.
14. LEGAL
Under no condition we will perform any activity which is illegal as per Indian Legal System.
15. BLACK MONEY
We have zero tolerance policy for any transactions involving Black Money. We encourage customers to go for paperless transactions, to fight against ‘Black Money’.
16. CORRUPTION
We have zero tolerance policy for Corruption. No request for Bribe or Corruption will be encouraged.
17. DATA SECURITY:
Customer are recommended to use Data Protection Tools like Anti-Virus, Firewall to protect their data from any kind Attacks like Virus, Spam, and Hackers etc.
18. DELIVERABLE
Executable of the Software will be delivered to the Customer, and we will make sure that the System is properly installed and functioning, before finishing the job. Codes and System Design are in the scope of this quotation and will be delivered to Customer.
19.AMC CHARGES
AMC Charge starts at 10% of the billing amount.AMC Charges will be incremented by 10% every year of the last AMC amount.
20.WORK ORDER
Timeline will start from the date of the Purchase Order made by customer
21.SERVER CHARGE
Cloud server charge starts from Rs.3500.00 per year()
